Policies at Toba Adventure Gear

Shipping Policy
​
At this time we ship with Flat Rate boxes through Canada Post, this helps keep our shipping costs at a minimum.
​
Our shipping rates:
Flat Rate- $20, Free on orders $125+
XS Flat Rate - This is for smaller orders that are too large for Lettermail but can fit within a XS Flat Rate box from Canada Post. Please note, if this option is selected an your order is too large for the box you will be asked to pay the $5 difference to the bigger box. The $5 fee will NOT apply if the order is over $125.
Lettermail- $5 - This is for items such as: Traffic Leashes, Keychains & Collars that can be flattened to fit through the slot, If you are unsure, please send us a message before selecting this option! - Up to 3 Basic or Slip collars, no Qucik releases.

Winkler/Morden/Killarney/Boissevain/Souris Delivery- $5 - Once your order is ready for delivery I will reach out to arrange a Date and Time!
​
Winkler Pickup - At this time there is no cost for pickup at this location.
*Winkler Pickup is at Winkler Collar Club, during business hours.

Manitou Pickup-
Please note this location at my house, there is a pickup bucket that will be placed outside for you to retrieve your order from. Please do not enter the house.

Turn Around Time:
​
Our current turn around time from the date of ordering is 2-3 weeks, If you require your order sooner we do offer a "Rush my order" option of $10 PER ITEM.
Select this option to lower the turn around time to 7 business days or less- Please note this does not include shipping time which is out of my control!
If your order contains 3 items you will need to add 3 "Rush my item" to cart!

Shipping Times:
~ Please note these are AVERAGES and what is noted on the Flat Rate Boxes. The shipping time is NOT included within our turn around time.
Local Zone - 1 Day

Reginal Zone - (Within a Region of Canada) - 1 Day and up to 3 Days
​
National Zone- (Within two regions of Canada) - 2 Days and up to 7 Days
​

Returns and Refunds
At this time we do not offer returns/exchanges as most items are custom made to your dog, if something does not fit or was incorrectly made, please send us a message as it is always possible I made a mistake. I am always willing to come to an agreement that works for both parties.

In an effort to keep my turn around times lower, please note that after 48 hours there will be NO CHANGES able to be made to your order. Please contact us via email or the "contact us" form if there are any questions or concerns about your order.
​
In the event that a refund is needed please contact us via email, you will be refunded to your method of payment unless other wise discussed.
Warranty at Toba Adventure Gear
Our Policy
Here at Toba Adventure Gear you and your dogs safety is our biggest concern. If at any point the hardware on your gear malfunctions or breaks please contact us as soon as possible for a Free replacement of hardware.

We do not cover: Chewing, Bite Marks or General wear and tear not limited to the Natural Oils that may be released from your dogs coat.
​
Please note that our Black Hardware is powder coated solid Brass and will wear with heavy and consistent use. If your dog is in lots of dirt, sand, mud etc., I do not recommend choosing black, but if you choose black please note that the wear of the hardware is NOT covered under warranty! Our Gold is Solid Brass & Silver is Stainless Steel, both high quality metals, scratches or any discoloration of the hardware is not also not covered. Our Silver auto locking carabiners are aluminum.
Our Gear has a lifetime guarantee, if at any point you have questions or concerns about your gear please reach out as soon as possible.
